Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Italy costs €6.90. Shipping is free on orders over €100.
Which courier do you use?
In Italy, we ship with Amazon Shipping. For international deliveries, we use GLS.
What are the delivery times?
Orders placed before 13:00 are dispatched within 1 working day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed after 13:00 are dispatched within 2 working days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Delivery within Italy takes 24–48 hours, including Saturdays and Sundays, except for islands, remote areas and busy periods. During holidays or promotions, order processing may take up to 7 working days.

Returns and exchanges
How can I exchange an item?
Contact our Customer Service at info@basama.it within 14 days of delivery for instructions.
The item I received is faulty. What should I do?
If the product is faulty and under warranty, you can request a replacement or a refund (including store credit) by emailing info@basama.it or calling (+39)339 584 7245. For a replacement under warranty, we cover the shipping costs.

What materials are Basamá jewels made from?
All jewellery is made from 925 sterling silver or 18 kt gold-plated 925 sterling silver.
Is the jewellery hypoallergenic?
We comply with European standards on nickel release. Some items may contain minimal traces of nickel, which could cause reactions in highly sensitive individuals.
Can I wear the jewellery in water?
925 sterling silver: yes, but avoid thermal, chlorinated or sulphur-rich water. We recommend removing gold-plated, enamelled or mother-of-pearl jewellery before entering water to prolong its life.
What does “gold-plated” mean?
Gold-plated jewellery is silver coated with a layer of 18-carat gold.
Warranty
How long is the warranty?
Basamá jewellery has a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects (1 year for professional customers). The warranty does not cover:
natural tarnishing of silver
wear or damage caused by improper use
loss of the jewellery
