Welcome to the cookie policy of www.basama.it. This policy explains which cookies and tracking technologies we use, how we use them and your rights in relation to them.
Source policy last updated: 6 October 2025. English translation prepared on 3 October 2026 from the Italian Cookie Policy published by Basamá through iubenda.
Introduction
This document contains information about the technologies that allow this Application to achieve the purposes described below. These technologies enable the Controller to collect and store information (for example using Cookies) or use resources (for example by running a script) on the User’s device when they interact with this Application.
For simplicity, this document refers to these technologies collectively as “Trackers”, unless a distinction is required. For example, Cookies can be used in both web and mobile browsers, but the term would be inappropriate for mobile applications because Cookies require a browser. This document therefore uses “Cookie” specifically to mean that particular type of Tracker.
Some purposes for which Trackers are used may require the User’s consent. Where consent is given, it can be withdrawn freely at any time by following the instructions in this document.
This Application uses Trackers managed directly by the Controller (“first-party” Trackers) and Trackers enabling services supplied by third parties (“third-party” Trackers). Unless otherwise specified, these third parties have access to their respective Trackers. The duration and expiry of Cookies and similar Trackers may vary according to settings selected by the Controller or each third-party provider. Some expire at the end of the User’s browsing session.
In addition to the details provided for each category below, Users can obtain more detailed, up-to-date information about duration and any other relevant details, including the presence of other Trackers, from the relevant third-party privacy policies using the links provided, or by contacting the Controller.

How to control or delete Cookies and similar technologies through device settings
Users may use their browser settings to see which Cookies or similar technologies have been set on the device, block them or delete them. Browser settings do not, however, allow granular control of consent by category.
Information about managing Cookies in common browsers is available here:
Users may also manage certain Trackers used by mobile applications by disabling them through the appropriate device settings, such as mobile advertising settings or tracking settings generally. Consult your device settings to identify the relevant option.
Consequences of refusing Trackers
Users are free to decide whether to allow Trackers. However, Trackers enable this Application to provide an improved experience and advanced features, in line with the purposes described in this document. If the User blocks Trackers, the Controller may be unable to provide the associated features.
